Resetting a demo account

    Open account settings

    From the demo dashboard, open the gear icon in the top-right and choose Account.

    Find the reset panel

    Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom of the settings page. The reset control lives here.

    Confirm the reset

    Type the account name to confirm, then choose Reset to starting state. This clears sample data only.

    Verify the fresh state

    Confirm the dashboard shows the default sample content again. The reset is complete.

Heads up:

A reset only clears sample data in the demo portal. There’s nothing destructive here — it’s a sandbox.
